Common questions
The practice is registered in Singapore and most of the batch is based here, but we have worked with founders in neighbouring markets who serve Singapore clients. The screening memo will cover the structure, the banking and the reporting obligations before any cheque is released.
About forty five minutes, either at the Yunnan Drive plot office or by video. There is no deck requirement. We ask three plain questions about the problem, the evidence and the team, and we leave time for your questions about how the tranches and reporting cycles work.
